This is an information service. The Stack Audit reads the supplement list you enter and returns what we know about it: overlaps, doses at or above published upper intake levels, documented interactions with medicines and with other supplements, and items for which we hold no adequate human trial evidence. It is general wellness information, not medical advice.

It is not a substitute for a clinician or a pharmacist. It does not provide a diagnosis, does not identify any condition you may have, and does not tell you what to take. Decisions about medicines and supplements belong with you and a licensed professional who knows your history.

We do not present this service as a licensed health professional. We use no professional title and no wording that implies a healthcare licence for any part of it.

We make no disease claims. Nothing here says that a supplement acts on a disease, and nothing here should be read that way. Where the evidence only supports a statement about normal structure or function, we say that and nothing more.

Some safety information has not been reviewed by a clinician yet. Our interaction rules are documented from cited sources. A licensed pharmacist has reviewed part of the rule set; the rest is published as documented information with that status shown. Every result carries its own review status line. Where a rule has not been reviewed, we say so on the card and ask you to check with a pharmacist instead of telling you what to do. We never lower a warning level just because nobody has reviewed it yet.

Not for emergencies. If you have acute symptoms — chest pain, severe bleeding, thoughts of harming yourself, a severe allergic reaction — call 911 or go to an emergency department. If your notes mention symptoms like these, we stop the audit and show you that message instead of a result.

We publish no user reviews and no testimonials. Nothing on this service was written to look like another person's experience with a product.

We can be wrong. The catalogue is incomplete, doses come from what you type, and a rule can fire where it should not, or stay quiet where it should not. Read the cited source. Ask a pharmacist. Do not stop a prescribed medicine because of anything you read here.
